Note the silicone inserts,  hand-made to hold each delicate instrument snugly so that they cannot move during sterilisation or air travel or customs inspections. They really are works of high-tech art with a very down-to-earth purpose: Helping children listen and learn better with unblocked ears, clear noses, non-infected throats…..
